Can I bring my own items to be engraved?
Currently we only engrave on the items we have in stock. The laser software is already programed with the relevant settings to engrave on the materials of the products we have. This allows for you to design your product and get it same day!
Can images be engraved on the products?
The software comes with a variety of stock images in different categories that you can select from. However, we cannot engrave a photo if you were to bring one in.
What products do you carry?
We have a variety of products that you can choose from. We carry plaques of all sizes, (some completely blank and some with wording already on it), ceramic mugs, stainless steel water bottles and travel mugs, cutting boards, picture frames, pens, faux leather notebooks, accessory boxes, pocket knives, keyrings and much more
How long does the process take?
In most cases you can get your item right away, but the size of your item as well as the intricacy of your design can contribute to a longer wait time. For example, a pen can be engraved in 30 seconds, but a big plaque may take 30 minutes.
Can I see my item being engraved?
Yes! The engraving machine has a transparent lid that allows you to watch (and video if you like) your item being worked on! Don’t forget to tag us in your videos and pics.
